Bark covered spirit and beer shop in the Kali Gandaki valley. This is a temporary structure, which is dismantled during the monsoon and reassembled as soon as the paths are open. Alcohol is accepted in this Buddhist area. This is a major and ancient trade route between Nepal and Tibet. Rice goes up the valley and salt down. Local people are wealthy because of this trade.
