Domes, pavilions, cupolas, chhatris, made from carved sandstone on the roof of Jahangir Mahal (Palace) at Orchha. This was one of the palaces built by the Bundela rajas during the seventeenth century. A few remaining lapis lazuli blue ceramic tile give a indication of that the palace must have looked like when it was first built. Orchha, Madhya Pradesh, Republic of India 06 December 2008
